Satisfied with the overall environment of college!

Overall I'm currently pursuing history honours third year. The relative want of development of free essence and consciousness was the aim for which I took the course. And so far I've gradually altered my views on many things of the society. The perpetual diet of events and quizzes sharpen our intellect and knowledge. The canteen food is tasty and food items are often cheaper than the market price.

My experience and Opinion

Overall It’s my 3rd year being a part of this college . And i wont be exaggerating when i say , it has been a life altering journey. In my time here, i have had really freaking good and well not so good days. When i joined the college right after the “covid period” I instantly made Friends with one of my batchmates and it just kept getting better . This college offers you a chance to meet like minded people , make not only contacts but Form life long bonds . My professors in all these years have never shied away from helping a student. Be it an academics related issue , a personal problem. Or any sort of difficulty you can possibly face.

Yes, with 495 marks in CUET, you can easily apply to LPU. As far as I know, LPU does not accept CUET scores, and this score is enough to take admission at LPU. The good thing is that LPU does not ask for high cutoffs like government colleges, so with 495 marks, the chance is good. Also, if you apply on time, you can get a seat easily. In the end, admission also depends on eligibility and seat availability, but 495 is not a low score to take admission at LPU in BSC Agriculture, so you can definitely apply and make it your option.

With a CUET score of 335, you still have good chances to get admission in B.Tech programmes at private universities. If your main interest is Civil Engineering, then Lovely Professional University can be a strong option because the university focuses a lot on practical learning and industry exposure in this field. At LPU, B.Tech Civil Engineering students learn through modern labs, surveying equipment, construction material testing, structural design software, site visits, workshops, and live projects. The programme helps students build skills in areas like construction, transportation, environmental engineering, and smart infrastructure development. The university also provides internship opportunities, placement support, and industry-oriented training which helps students prepare for both government and private sector careers. Along with Civil Engineering, students can also explore other B.Tech branches like CSE, Mechanical, ECE, and AI-based specializations. Apart from Civil Engineering, LPU also offers other popular B.Tech specializations like Computer Science Engineering, AI & ML, Mechanical, Robotics & AI, Aerospace, ECE, Biotechnology, and many more. Since my score is 190 out of 750 at the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2025, admission to some of the most competitive central universities might not come easily. Nevertheless, the number of good universities in which students can further their higher education and establish good career is still very significant. Lovely Professional University (LPU) is one of them. LPU has a great variety of undergraduate programs including B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, and others. The university is flexible in admission system and also is its own entrance exam namely LPUNEST which assists students in gaining admission and scholarships. LPU boasts of a modern campus, well experienced faculty, and industry oriented curriculum which equips a student with real time job life. LPU students are also given the opportunity to work on internship, live projects and placements in reputed firms. Thus, an average score in CUET does not disappoint, but it is a smart decision to attend LPU to have good education and good chances of a career.
